Our Policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items. Due to the nature of our dropshipping model, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind.”

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return or refund:

1. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
2. You must provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

2. Attach clear photos of the product, packaging, and any defects.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with next steps.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Return instructions, including the return address, will be provided once your return is approved.
